"Aliveness"
Is the vibrant, dynamic state of being fully present, connected, and engaged with life—both within yourself and in the systems around you.
It goes beyond being alive (breathing, functioning), into the realm of thriving in consciousness, right relationship, rhythm, reciprocity, curiosity and creativity. It’s the energy of awakening and evolution.

There’s something so sacred about life resets—the ones that crack you open and clear the space for sacred initiations.
My resets and initiations came across the span of a decade with burnouts, pilgrimages, heartbreaks, and awakenings... in a hospital bed, on a meditation cushion, in the quiet dissonance of extractive work, or the embrace of my healing community.
Every time, it was a dynamic, cyclical dance of breakdown and rebirth. This is the story of how I learned to trust the unraveling, and what happened when I did.

A daily practice of healing, re-patterning & integrating encompasses my inner work. Guided by Wendyne Limber's transpersonal soul work, trauma-informed family systems, and somatic embodiment. Plus a healthy dose of eastern wisdom :)
Remembering Ourselves As Nature
We are nature- but somewhere along the way, we forgot. I'm in the process of remembering: by listening to my body, through tending my garden, Robin Wall Kimmerer's teachings, and immersions in local ecosystems. As within, so without.
Living Systems & Regenerative Frameworks
Learning to see the living, evolving systems we're a part of is vital to the work. Through my mentorship with Eric Pierce, I practice applying Carol Sanford's regenerative paradigms and living systems theory to re-pattern how I design my businesses, collaborations, teams and more!
The Greater Whole
During the quiet hours of meditation, prayer, breath and bhajans the little self pauses in surrender to the greater whole. This living relationship with the divine- informs how I live, create, and serve.
